We work hard to engender an encouraging, supportive atmosphere within school and to create positive relationships between pupils and pupils, between teachers and pupils and between parents and teachers. We believe in praise as the greatest motivator. The pupils themselves form an active Anti-Bullying Committee and there is much discussion in assemblies and class time about the school’s Anti-Bullying policy, with children learning from an early age that 'It is right to tell' and to ask for help from a member of staff if they are unhappy. A child’s Form Teacher is the first point of contact for parents in the Lower and Middle Schools, with a dedicated Tutor in the Upper School.
